The project “Shlyakh Tyzengauza” envisages the creation of a tourist route in order to promote the cultural and historical heritage of the two cities of Grodno and Sokulka, which won the cross-border cooperation program “Poland – Belarus – Ukraine”. Grodno will also have a new bike path. It will connect the city with the Anniversary Lake. The route will start near the building of JSC “Grodnozhilstroy” on Suvorov Street and, not reaching the turn to the children's recreation camp “Zorka”, will go to the right, then will go to the shore of the lake. The length of the bike path is up to 5 kilometers. There will be bike parking by the lake.
This path will be part of a large cycling route through the Bruzgi checkpoint. The new cycle route will be convenient for tourists, especially since it will be connected via the August Avto bicycle route with the international GREEN VELO.
The total cost of the project “Shlyakh Tyzengaza” is 1.1 million euros, 10 percent of this amount will be financed by the Grodno City Executive Committee.
